New Patient Experience
At Strange Family Dental, we understand that going to the dentist can cause anxiety for many patients…especially your first visit to a new office. Our goal is to make the first visit as easy as possible, from filling out your new patient forms ahead of time by downloading them here, to being greeted by our welcoming front office team.
Let’s walk you through your new patient visit…
-After checking in, you can relax in our comfortable waiting room. But not for too long, because we understand that your time is important and look forward to seeing you at your scheduled appointment time.
-Your first visit will be scheduled with one of our Registered Dental Hygienist who will walk you through our office and explain what to expect at the initial appointment.
-Dr. Strange will review your medical history, evaluate your individual need for x-rays, and take the time to learn more about you, your family, and your dental treatment needs and goals.
-We want to take the time get to know you, and make sure we have the best treatment plan in place. This is why we do not guarantee that a cleaning will be completed at this visit, as each patient may require a different amount of time for their cleaning, may have a more extensive treatment plan to discuss, or a health condition that requires further consultation with your primary care doctor. If time allows, we will certainly complete your cleaning at this initial visit.
-Our friendly front office team will review your treatment plan with you, and help you with the next steps to your beautiful, healthy smile!

Insurance and Payment Options
Please contact our office to learn more about our in and out of network plans. If you have an insurance plan that we are out of network with, we are happy to bill your insurance for you. We accept Cash, Check, and Credit/Debit Card.
We also offer Care Credit – Click the link below to apply. Please call our office if you have questions and to see if Care Credit would be a good option for your particular case. We do not offer any in house payment plans.

Payment is due at the time of service.
With insurance plans, we estimate the patient portion due as a courtesy to our patients. Any remaining balance will be billed to you.
